Bitte beachten Sie:

• Preise pro Übernachtung

• Bei einer Belegung von 2 Familien in einem Apartment, berechnen wir einen pauschalen Zuschlag in Höhe von 10 € / Übernachtung (aufgrund erhöhter Nebenkosten).

• Eine Anzahlung bei verbindlicher Buchung ist nicht notwendig.

• Die Miete bitten wir euch/Sie am Anreisetag (oder Folgetag bei später Ankunft) in bar zu entrichten.

• Ihr/euer gebuchtes Apartment steht Ihnen/euch am Anreisetag ab 15 Uhr zur Verfügung. 

• Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie/euch, das Apartment bis spätestens 10 Uhr zu verlassen.

Please note:

• Accomodation prices are per night

In case of 2 families sharing an apartment, we need to apply a surcharge in the amount of 10 € per night (due to higher ancillary costs)

• A deposit will not be charged if you have booked bindingly.

• We kindly ask you to pay the total rent on the day of arrival (or next day in case of late arrival) in cash.

• Your apartment will be available from 15:00 h on the day of your arrival. 

• We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment on the day of departure until 10:00 h at the latest.
